start your downloaders gentlemen, Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy Gibbon) is officially released today :) ...I've been testing it since last month and the beta version running on my MSI s270 is working as expected. I'll blog about the details later and a warning for ati radeon x200m users like yours truly. In the meantime enjoy the upgrade.

What about X200M in the 7.10 Gutsy Gibs? Do you have problems? What sort of problems have you encountered? same with the old ones the vesa driver? I am planning to upgrade to 7.10 from Feisty... but from the looks of it I think I will hold ground for now.

hi val...nice of you to drop by, anyway I will be posting my x200m on gutsy experience in awhile and how I managed to fix it. Gutsy is a nice upgrade. In my case its way better than feisty (because the networkmanager is finally fixed...at least for me), and it solved an old video refresh problem I had since the dapper days...btw what's your pc/laptop specs?
